Neapolitan inspired pizza.
We make all our dough using a mix of “00” flours to give a softness, lightness, yet strength to our dough. It has been designed with events at the forefront of our mind; wood fired mobile pizza that can be eaten with a drink in hand. All our dough gets proved for at least 24 hours at room temperature to allow the flavours and structure to develop, before being stretched by hand at each event. In true Neapolitan style, it is then cooked in 90 seconds in our beloved wood fired oven.

For our pizza sauce, we use San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. They are rich, sweet and silky. Our meat is always British and of the highest welfare, either from Cobbled Lane Cured or Shepherdson’s Butchers in Marsden. We grow our own garden greens & herbs from a Kitchen Garden in The Colne Valley; insanely low food miles. If anything has made it onto our menu, be rest assured we’ve done the background research!

Portobello mushroom, oregano, garlic.

Nduja & Mascarpone
British scicy sausage, whipped mascarpone, lemon, garlic. Nicely spicy.
Sausage & Broccoli
No tomato. Homemade sausage, homegrown friarelle (broccoli), garlic.
Margarita
As it is. Perfection.
Ham & Mushroom
Home roasted ham, portobello mushroom, oregano.
Homegrown Greens
No tomato, smoked mozzerella, homegrown greens, chilli, garlic.
Sun-Dried Tomato
No tomato sauce, sun-dried tomato, onion, smoked mozzarella, chilli, oregano.
Cheesy Garlic Bread
