We arrive with our magnificent Wood Fired Oven, and get it fired up to 450°C. It takes an hour, so we set up the rest of our equipment whilst it does its thing.
We need a 3m x 5m flat-ish area to serve from, with no access to power, water or lighting needed: the wood fired oven does all the work. Even if we say so ourselves, it’s a thing of beauty. The pizzas are then made right in front of you, so you get all the theatre of being in your own little pizzeria. The pizzas will be served to your guests straight out of the oven, with the smell of freshly baked pizza wafting in the air. We work with you to to see how you want pizza served: constant buffet or individual pizzas.
After serving, we get packed up, take all our rubbish and leave no trace (except the odd bit of flour!).
