For our pizza sauce, we use San Marzano tomatoes from Italy. They are rich, sweet and silky. Our meat is always British and of the highest welfare, either from Cobbled Lane Cured or Shepherdson’s Butchers in Marsden. We grow our own garden greens & herbs from a Kitchen Garden in The Colne Valley; insanely low food miles. If anything has made it onto our menu, be rest assured we’ve done the background research!
